Yesterday I wanted to withdraw with Neteller, because I mostly deposit with neteller or with paysafe card. It was said that it was not possible. Because the profit was made with a bonus. I was advised to do so with rapid transfer. Didn't work, I had to make a deposit first. The lady told me in the chat that when I make a deposit at Rapidtransfer it also works. Well, I deposited 20 euros, and suddenly the payment went. I had to make 2 withdrawals, once 500 and once 1000. Today the withdrawal was withdrawn because Rapidtransfer only works with skrill, and according to the bonus conditions they are not possible. I do not have a Mastercard and Visacard, and I am currently unable to apply for a Corona Virus. The banks are understandably only open to important things. And now I almost can't have the money paid out. Or what?

Gestern wollte ich mit Neteller auszahlen lassen, weil ich meistens mit neteller einzahlen oder mit paysafe card. Da hieß es es ging nicht. Weil der Gewinn mit Bonus gemacht worden ist. Da hat man mir geraten mit Rapidtransfer. Ging nicht, da musste ich erst eine Einzahlung machen. Mir hat die Dame im Chat gesagt wenn ich eine Einzahlung bei Rapidtransfer mache dann funktioniert es auch. Gut, ich habe 20 Euro eingezahlt, und aufeinmal ging die Auszahlung. Ich musste ja 2 Auszahlungen machen, einmal 500 und einmal 1000. Heute  WURDE DIE AUSZAHLUNG zurückgezogen, da Rapidtransfer nur mit skrill funktioniert, und die sind laut bonusbedingungen nicht möglich. Mastercard und Visacard hab ich nicht, und kann ich zurzeit wegen CoronaVirus nicht beantragen die Banken sind nur für wichtige Sachen offen verständlicherweise. Und jetzt kann ich quasi das Geld nicht auszahlen lassen. Oder wie?

No, I can assure you that I paid special attention to which games are allowed and which are not. I have written an email to the support team and hope that there will be a friendly response. 1500 is a lot of money for me, especially considering that I am going to lose my job today or tomorrow because of the virus. In principle I only use paysafe or neteller.

Nein ich kann Ihnen versichern das ich extra darauf geschaut habe, welche Spiele erlaubt sind und welche nicht. Ich habe dem Supportteam eine Email geschrieben, und hoffe das es ein entgegenkommen gibt. 1500 sind viel Geld für mich, vorallem wenn man bedenkt das ich heute oder morgen wegen dem Virus meinen Job verliere. So today I was told to open a bitcoin account. I am not a big fan of bitcoin because I don't check how it works at all. I once created an account and am curious what will happen now. I honestly find it sad that you are not even able to make a bank transfer. You offer rapid transfer - which is not possible because it is done through Skrill, and the bonus conditions do not allow that. I have already had a payout made in the sister casini universal slots and I imagine that they have the same conditions as with 4king slots. At least there are the same chat names as in the sister casino. And I now imagine that I had to pay in the universal slots over 3500 euros and have an account with a bonus of only 1500 euros paid out. I don't understand why it matters if you played with a bonus or not. If you finished the wagering and the money was credited to your balance (it became real money), you should be able to make a withdrawal using any available payment method. On the other hand, if you must have a Visa or Mastercard, there are simple options to open a bank account online and free of charge (e.g. Revolut, etc.). You will receive a card and you could use it as a payment method. However I would double check with the casino if it would be OK.

Got back in touch with the chat from the casino yesterday. Asked why the 1500 euros are still not done. They said that I can only use bitcoin. I would have to use the chat for 2 hours to see through coinbase. Now you have paid a trial fee of 25 euros on itcoin. Now the other 1475 euros should follow on bitcoin. I don't understand why you can't deposit this into your account normally even though the bonus has been converted into real money. Especially since I also paid in with neteller. Habe gestern wieder Kontakt aufgenommen mit dem Chat vom Casino. Gefragt warum die 1500 Euro noch immer nicht erledigt sind. Sie meinten es geht bei mir nur über bitcoin. Ich müsste mit Hilfe des chats 2 Stunden lang schauen das ich einen durchblick bekomme bei coinbase. Jetzt hat man zur Probe 25 Euro auf itcoin bezahlt. Jetzt sollten die anderen 1475 Euro auf bitcoin folgen. Warum man das nicht normal aufs Konto einzahlen kann obwohl der Bonus in echtgeld umgewandelt worden ist, verstehe ich nicht. What do you mean by: you asked about email address, but you didn't get it? If you want to contact the casino by email, there is a contact form (https://www.4kingslots.com/en/info/contact-us). I looked at the casino's Bonus T&Cs but there are no exclusions when it comes to withdrawing winnings from bonuses. The only limitation could be that some payment methods might not be available in all countries. Please let me know if you received your winnings.
