Hello,

On Christmas Day, I made two withdrawals of 500 euros each from the BETHALL casino. Their rules state that the process begins the following day, and it takes 3 to 5 business days.

Now, the 5 days have passed (as of January 3) and I keep getting the same responses, all aimed at avoiding payment. BETHALL is starting to resemble CROWNPLAY, which doesn't pay out winnings. I have two withdrawals of 500 euros each from December 25, and they are not adhering to the terms THEY SET.

Ora i 5 giorni sono passati (ieri 3 gennaio) e le risposte sono le stesse, volte tutte a non pagare. BETHALL assomiglia molto a CROWNPLAY che non paga le vincite. Ho due prelevamenti del 25 di 500 euro ciascuno e non rispettano i termini da LORO IMPOSTI

the casino's response was to wait for the necessary delays due to the holidays. Evidently they had to play the ox and the donkey at the nativity scene, instead of taking care of their customers.

No, there is no verification required.

The fact is that about ten days before I had won 1000 euros and they paid them to me correctly.

Now, they are pissed that I won again. They don't want to pay. They are rude and evasive. I honestly responded with inappropriate terms (blasphemies) to their irritating chats. I admit that I could have avoided a series of swear words, but their irritating way of making fun of you would make even God lose his temper. Basically they are mocking you, they are not clear and they are not honest, otherwise they would pay. My old and wise father, may he rest in peace, used to say that those who are not of their word are scoundrels, delinquents and thieves. BETHALL IS NOT OF HIS WORD, at least until today, January 5, 2025.

le risposte del casinò sono state quelle di aspettare per le dovute lungaggini a causa delle festività. Evidentemente dovevano fare il bue e l'asino al presepe, invece di occuparsi dei loro clienti.

No, non è prevista una verifica.

Il fatto è che una decina di giorni prima avevo vinto 1000 euro e me li hanno correttamente pagati.

Ora, gli brucia che io abbia vinto ancora. Non vogliono pagare. Sono maleducati ed evasivi. Io per onestà ho risposto con termini disdicevoli (bestemmie) alle loro irritanti chat. Ammetto che avrei potuto risparmiare una sequela di parolacce, ma il loro irritante modo di prenderti in giro farebbe saltare i nervi anche a Dio. In pratica ti deridono, non sono chiari e non sono onesti, altimenti pagherebbero. Il mio vecchio e saggio padre, che riposi in pace, soleva dire che chi non è di parola è un farabutto, un delinquente e un ladro. BETHALL NON E' DI PAROLA, almeno fino ad oggi 5 gennaio 2025.
