I'm having trouble with a casino called Rabet Casino. They asked me to make a 1% deposit for a 20,000 peso withdrawal, which I made. Estoy pasando por una situación con un Casino llamado Rabet casino el cual me solicitó un deposito de la el1% para un retiro de 20,000pesos y les deposite y resulta que me solicitaron la verificación KYC por que según el banco hindú lo solicita para depositar ok no pasa nada conozco ese tipo de verificación y me fui a llenar el cuestionario y mandar las credenciales que avalan el banco y mi identidad pero en el cuestionario una pregunta no tengo donde sacar la respuesta y no hay en la plataforma como comunicarme con atención al cliente solo hay un chat con los agentes y ellos no me pueden decir o dar información de la respuesta o como hablar con atención al cliente al final no he podido continuar el deposito esta pendiente y para qué no cancelen la cuenta continue jugando y apostando pero ya generó 2.400,000 y es el saldo que esta solo que yo ya meter lana pues ya no ahora recuperar el saldo que gane en buena lid sin trampas y nada fuera de lo normal como puedo recuperarlo si entre la comunidad alguien puede ayudarme o apoyarme o simplemente darme orientación sobre la cuestión se lo agradeceré y por que no un porcentaje del saldo lo platicamos gracias buenas tardes
