I understand that if you have already verified your account, it is not very pleasant to go through this process again. 

However, if the casino requires it, they have the right to do so.

Nowhere is it written that they cannot perform additional verification. So what are they asking you for? Documents for the other account from which you made the deposit?

I registered with 1Bet. By chance, I won €4300 in the live casino (I deposited €100). Naturally, I wanted to withdraw my winnings. I completed the standard verification process. I made the withdrawal on November 9th, 2025. On November 10th, 2025, I received an email requesting proof of bank transfer. I sent this immediately. On November 10th, 2025, I received a reply requesting a photo of my ID card. I provided this immediately as well. Today is November 12th, 2025, and I haven't received any further response to my ID card request. My payment is still pending. After reading all the reviews, I'm understandably worried.

Update: November 12, 2025

My payment request has now been officially rejected. I'm supposed to send a notarized copy of my ID. According to forums, the payment still won't be processed even after that.

Ich hab mich bei 1Bet angemeldet. Per Zufall habe ich im LiveCasino 4300€ gewonnen(100€ eingezahlt). Nun wollte ich meinen Gewinn natürlich auszahlen. Ich habe die normale Verifikationen durchlaufen. Die Auszahlung habe ich am 09.11.2025 getätigt. Ich bekam nun am 10.11.2025 eine E-Mail. Man möchte einen Nachweis der Bank. Diesen habe ich sofort geschickt. Am 10.11.2025 bekam ich direkt eine Antwort. Man möchte nun ein Foto mit der ID Card in der Hand. Auch dieses erledigte ich sofort. Heute ist der 12.11.2025 und ich habe keine weitere Antwort auf meine gesendete ID Card erhalten. Meine Zahlung ist weiterhin im Modus „ausstehend". Ich bin natürlich nach den ganzen Bewertungen verunsichert.

meine Auszahlung wurde nun offiziell abgelehnt. Ich soll eine noteriell beglaubigte Abschrift zur ID einsenden. Laut Foren wird trotzdem anschließend nicht ausgezahlt.

Hi, this is generally not a very reputable company; you'll have to wait a long time for your money. Just go to a notary and have it certified; it costs about €15, and then nothing else should happen, and they'll pay out after about two weeks. Keep pushing them.

Hallo, ist generell ein nicht gerade seriöser Anbieter, du musst halt lange auf dein Geld warten. Mach das einfach und geh zum Notar und lasse das beglaubigen, kostet ca. 15€ und dann kommt eigentlich nichts mehr und sie zahlen dann nach ca. 2 Wochen aus. Immer weiter stressen dann.

Smaller sums make sense, yes, you just have to be patient and keep stressing them out. In my case it was about €3000, but that came after the authentication.

Kleinere Summen machen Sinn ja, du musst da einfach Geduld haben und die immer wieder stressen, bei mir ging es mal um 3000€, die kamen dann aber nach der Beglaubigung.
