Я сделал вывод средств 13 октября, сейчас уже 23-е число, и вывод до сих пор не одобрен.
Я писал в службу поддержки тысячу раз, но они могут только сказать мне, что я должен сохранять спокойствие.
Мне нужны выигранные деньги, я сам с ними разберусь! Есть правила, и вы, пользователь, не можете их не соблюдать, а они делают всё, что хотят, ведь сроки вывода средств (3–5 дней) не соблюдаются.
Если вы проигрываете, они немедленно забирают ваши деньги, но если вы выигрываете, вам приходится ждать, и мало того, они даже не соблюдают те условия, которые сами же и диктуют.
Мне это стыдно!

Если вы не можете обрабатывать запросы на вывод средств, закройте сайт. Нельзя так обманывать пользователей.

Ho effettuato un prelievo il 13 ottobre, siamo al 23 e ancora non è stato approvato.
Ho scritto mille volte nella chat di supporto e mi sanno solo dire che devo stare tranquilla.
Io voglio i soldi che ho vinto, a stare tranquilla ci penso da sola! C'è un regolamento e a te utente non è possibile non rispettarlo, mentre loro fanno come gli pare dal momento che nn rispettano i tempi di rilascio prelievo (3-5 gg).
Se perdi, i soldi te li scalano immediatamente, però se vinci devi aspettare e non solo, non stanno nemmeno alle condizioni dettate da loro.
Lo trovo vergognoso!

Se nn siete in grado di gestire le richieste di prelievo , chiudete il sito. Non potete prendere in giro cosi gli utenti.
