I have put everything you asked for in there I messaged them on the live chats but those have disappeared and they weren't even trying anything. It was my first time depositing into this. It says deposit I clicked it then xrp then it showed the QR code for the address did that and there saying they didn't get it and my coinspot says the transaction was successful.
