Razed Casino - Депозит игрока не зачисляется.

Good day,

I made a deposit on the Razed platform more than 3 weeks ago (since March 12th).

This was confirmed by me via TAN, but since this transfer had expired due to time constraints, I only noticed later that it had been debited from my account but not credited to the player's account.

This casino is accusing me of making a mistake, despite communication with my bank and their support. Please help me!

seid mehr als jetzt 3 Wochen (12.03) hatte ich eine Einzahlung auf der Plattform Razed vorgenommen.

Diese wurde von mir per Tan bestätigt aber da diese Überweisung aufgrund zeit Ablauf abgelaufen war , hatte ich erst später bemerkt das diese von meinem Konto abgebucht wurden aber nicht auf Spieler Konto gebucht wurden ist.

Diese Casino unterstellt mir das ich mich vertan habe , trotz Kommunikation mit meiner Bank und deren support. Bitte helfen Sie mir!!

According to the reply you received, there were 4 transactions, 3 of which were processed (on March 12th and 13th) and one wasn't.

Could you please explain how the issue looks from your point of view?

Is there any evidence that contradicts the casino's conclusions?

On March 12th, I cancelled one of the four transactions because the process was taking too long.

At the same moment, I authorized the transaction via PushTAN, but realized it was still the transfer I had cancelled. The money was debited from my account but never arrived at the casino!

And so it's shown as cancelled in the casino... but it's already been sent from my account to the recipient! They probably can't match it up anymore, since it was cancelled and confirmed at the same time!

Ich habe am 12.03 eine von den 4 transaktionen abgebrochen weil der Vorgang zu lange gedauert hat.

Im gleichen Moment habe ich per Pushtan den freigegeben , aber bemerkt das es noch die Überweisung war , die ich abgebrochen hatte. Das Geld ist vom Konto abgebucht wurden und im Casino nie angekommen!

und somit wird es im Casino als storniert angegeben ... aber es ist von meinem Konto an den Zahlungsempfänger gegangen.! die können es bestimmt nicht mehr zuordnen , das es im gleichen Moment storniert wurde , zeitgleich bestätigt wurde!
