Ich muss halt eines sagen und da gebe ich dir recht, eine Kanzlei gibt an, die Vollstreckung dauert im Schnitt 2 Jahre auf Malta und es gibt meine einziges Urteil oder Richtwert . Anhand von welchem Urteil, geben die so einen Zeitraum, wenn es nicht mal ein Urteil in 1. Instanz gibt ? Und wenn man dort anruft, sagt die Sekretärin, der Anwalt holt das Geld zu 100% , machen sie sich keine Sorgen , lehnen sie sich zurück . Genau so wird das kommuniziert und ich warte auch schon fast Jahre

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

letztes Jahr wurde in Malta das Gesetz Bill 55 beschlossen.

Dieses Gesetz verhindert, das klagende Spieler aus Europäischen Ländern (wie auch Österreich) ihr Geld erhalten respektive das dieses Geld auf Malta exekutiert werden kann. Es gibt höchstrichterliche Entscheidungen, die fast alle zugunsten der Kläger getroffen wurden aber aufgrund Bill 55 nicht eingetrieben werden können. Dieses Gesetz Bill 55 wurde nur dazu beschlossen, um die dort beheimateten Glückspielkonzerne zu schützen.

Da Malta zur EU gehört, darf eine richterliche Vollstreckung eines anderen EU-Landes nicht durch ein solches Gesetz verhindern werden.

De Facto ist dieses Gesetz Unionswidrig ( diverse Schreiben liegen schon beim EuGH vor ) .

Was Gedenken sie, als Repräsentanten der Republik Österreich in diesem Fall zu unternehmen ?

Für mich gibt es da nur eine Erklärung, nämlich das es in Österreich nie die Möglichkeit gab und auch nicht geben wird, eine Lizenz zu erhalten, deswegen lässt man die Österreichischen Spieler so abblitzen . Es ist dich echt komisch das, was Exicutionen betrifft auf Malta nur Österreichische Verfahren sind. In Deutschland werden sich alle hüten, die jetzt eine Lizenz haben und die grossen haben ja mittlerweile eine, nicht die Urteile auszuzahlen, denn sonst könnten sie schneller ihre Lizenz wieder verlieren, wie Sie die bekommen haben, weil sie nicht als zuverlässig gelten. Und was die 10.000 Euro Grenze betrifft, ist das für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, das man denen da schon wieder entgegenkommen ist . 1000 Euro monatlich, fand ich schon zu hoch.

Ich war einer der ersten 2019,der geklagt hat, bei der Kanzlei und habe seit dem einen guten Draht, zum Anwalt, gottseidank. Alles kann er natürlich nicht aussprechen, aber das die Mafia Casinos, mit ihren Mafiaanwälten diese Anfrage an den Eugh, konstruiert hat, ist mittlerweile schon ans Licht gekommen und wird von allen deutschen Kanzlein, die Spieler vertreten nun verfolgt. Inwieweit die sich die Kanzlei Redeker und der Anwalt,aus SH, der auf seinem eigenen Namen auf Malta klagt, strafbar gemacht haben, wird sich zeigen.
