How do you get around the bank saying you authorised the payment through security push ?

I have the same question. I'm disputing the charges, saying "the product wasn't delivered," but they're canceling them, saying I accepted the charge through the security system. Any advice?

If its revolut its cause they work with the scammers, no doubt they are the acquiring bank for a lot of these transactions. They stall, lie and misinform. They cancel chargebacks and change to fraud so they can decline based on authorisation.

Besides canceling my disputes, they categorize many others directly as fraud (even though I categorized them as undelivered product) and automatically cancel them. What can be done about this? I've managed to recover some charges, but unfortunately, I still have many more to recover…

Es justamente lo que me ha pasado. Además de cancelar mis disputas, muchas otras las categorizan ellos directamente como fraude (cuando yo las he categorizado como producto no entregado) y automáticamente las cancelan. Qué se puede hacer ante esto? He conseguido recuperar algún cargo, pero me quedan muchísimos por recuperar por desgracia…

They refund
