I requested a withdrawal from QuickWin over 7 days ago. Since then, I've been fobbed off several times via live chat and email with standard platitudes. They keep saying the finance department is working on it, but there's no concrete timeframe or progress.

All my inquiries were answered with the same general statements, without any real insight into the processing status. While they assured me that my funds were safe, the delay has become unacceptable—especially for a supposedly reputable platform.

I warn other users not to deposit money here as long as withdrawals are handled in such a non-transparent and unreliable manner.

Ich habe vor über 7 Tagen eine Auszahlung bei QuickWin beantragt. Seitdem wurde ich mehrfach sowohl per Live-Chat als auch per E-Mail mit Standardfloskeln vertröstet. Es heißt immer wieder, die Finanzabteilung arbeite daran, doch es gibt keinerlei konkreten Zeitrahmen oder Fortschritt.

Alle meine Anfragen wurden mit denselben allgemeinen Aussagen beantwortet, ohne echten Einblick in den Bearbeitungsstatus. Es wird zwar beteuert, dass mein Guthaben sicher sei, aber die Verzögerung ist mittlerweile inakzeptabel – gerade für eine angeblich seriöse Plattform.

Ich warne andere Nutzer davor, hier Geld einzuzahlen, solange Auszahlungen so intransparent und unzuverlässig behandelt werden.

I've made several withdrawals there. No verification, such as ID, was required.

Payouts weren't quick but were processed by the third day at the latest.

However, my experience has been that the higher the balance, the longer it takes. Just as the larger the withdrawal request, the longer it takes. But as I said, a maximum of three days.

Ich habe dort auch schon mehrfach ausgezahlt. War auch keine Prüfung notwendig wie zb Ausweis ect.

Auszahlungen gingen zwar nicht schnell aber spätestens am dritten Tag bearbeitet.

ich hab allerdings die Erfahrung gemacht je höher das Guthaben desto länger dauert es. Genauso wie je höher der Auszahlungsantrag umso länger dauert das. Aber wie gesagt Max. Drei Tage.

ich würde dir empfehlen spiel deinen Gewinn nicht und warte ab denn vermutlich wollen sie dass du dein Guthaben verzockst

Ja klar, kein Problem. Also anfangs waren es immer nur so 500€ wegen dem Limit. Das höchste war dann auf einmal 2500 insgesamt waren es dann ca 20.000. die höheren Auszahlungen haben aber immer länger gedauert. N Freund hatte 65.000 gewonnen da ging die erste Auszahlung schnell aber als sie gemerkt haben dass er nicht weiter spielt wurde es immer abgebrochen oder hat 5 Tage gedauert. End vom Lied hatte er die Hälfte wieder verzockt.

Ob das Guthaben mit der Bearbeitung zusammen hängt kann ich dir nicht sagen aber komisch ist es aufjedenfall aber bei mir kam das Geld an. Um welche Summe handelt es sich denn bei dir?

wenn du es verzockst ärgerst du dich im Nachhinein wahrscheinlich sehr darüber.

Can someone help me it's about Casino Quick Win I deposited 10€ and played after that I only had 0.60cent and Grab Bonus Cloverleaf 20€

I won a total of €20.60. I kept playing and won around €1280. Then I converted it to real money about 1-2 hours later and withdrew €500. 8 hours later, the casino took everything away and left me with only €100. I don't understand that. I wagered the money with a million percent certainty, and the casino says I'll get a maximum of €100.

Gewonnen insgesamt also 20.60€ zusammen weiter gespielt und ca.1280€ gewonnen Dan hab ich das auf Echtgeld umgesetzt ca. 1-2 Stunden später und Dan habe ich 500€ ausgezahlt 8stunden später hat der Casino alles weggenommen und mir nur noch 100€ gelassen. Ich verstehe dass nicht ich Habe das Geld zu Millionen % sicher umgesetzt und Casino sagt max . 100€ bekomme ich.

Ich habe bei Quickwin aktuell 1 x 500 Euro (am 30.11.) und 1 x 400 Euro (am 01.12.) zur Auszahlung per Skrill angefordert - in der Vergangenheit ging das dort wesentlich schneller über die Bühne.
