How long did it take in the past when you say it used to be faster? Do you think there is something specific behind it or just a delay? Did the casino say anything?  

Normally 2-3 days via Skrill. Bank transfers usually take longer.

However, I must add that I cancelled the deposit (100 euros) which I made on November 12th before the winnings twice in between.

Perhaps the casino is waiting for me to cancel the withdrawal again and continue playing 🙂. But that won't happen, since I have another €330 in my current gaming account 🙂.

Vielleicht wartet das Casino ab, dass ich die Auszahlung nochmals abbreche und weiterspiele 🙂. Was aber nicht passieren wird, da ich am aktuellen Spielkonto nochmals 330 Euro drauf habe 🙂.

Update: After requesting a further 300 euros from my gaming account for withdrawal, things suddenly went very quickly: The 500 and 400 euros that had been outstanding for 5 and 4 days respectively were just transferred to my Skrill account.

I hope the outstanding 300 euros won't be delayed any longer...

Update: Nachdem ich weitere 300 Euro von meinem Spielkonto zur Auszahlung angefordert habe ging es plötzlich ganz schnell: Die zuvor seit 5 bzw. 4 Tagen ausstehenden 500 bzw. 400 Euro wurde mir auf Skrill gerade überwiesen.

Ich hoffe dass die ausständigen 300 Euro jetzt nicht wieder länger auf sich warten lassen...

Currently no remaining balance...but as I said, the last withdrawals worked, they just took one or two days longer than usual.

However, it is quite possible that the delay occurred because Quickwin apparently redesigned its website.

Aktuell kein Restguthaben...aber wie gesagt, die letzten Abhebungen haben geklappt, nur ein bis zwei Tage länger gedauert wie gewöhnlich.

Es kann aber gut sein dass die Verzögerung deshalb passiert ist da Quickwin offenbar die Webseite überarbeitet hat.

I can see the problems with the withdrawal. But I don't think you are waiting too long, just a few days. Which payment method did you use?

As for the complaint, I can see that there is a mistake in the name, which is why the casino may not be found.

I used Revolut and withdrew 300 euros on Monday, if that's 3 working days later. The date is the answer, which isn't always the same

I've been waiting for a withdrawal since the 1st and they won't solve it. No one is giving me any concrete information, everything is trying to wind me up in support and now they've blocked my access to the chat. A disgrace! Be very careful.
