I won't be depositing or playing there again. The chat only provides standard responses, the site crashes occasionally, withdrawals are definitely too slow, and the KYC process is very cumbersome. I'm not satisfied with the casino.

Hello, like many others, I'm having trouble withdrawing money from Betovo. About six months ago, I made a withdrawal worth €500. Everything went smoothly. It took seven days, but the money arrived.

Now, however, I have a problem. I have €1,000 to withdraw. I've requested a withdrawal three times now, and each time it's been rejected after a day. The reason given the first time was that they needed verification of my last deposit. The second time, I had to prove the second-to-last deposit, again with a PNG file, and I did everything, but it was still rejected for exactly the same reason. I can't take it anymore. €500 is a lot of money, and it's strange that you have to wait so long for it. What should I do? This has been going on for a week now???

Hallo Ich habe wie so viele ein Problem beim Auszahlen bei Betovo. Ich hatte vor ca. 6 Monaten eine Auszahlung im Wert von 500€, da hat alles geklappt hat zwar 7 Tage gedauert aber das Geld kam.

Jetzt jedoch hab ich ein Problem habe 1000€ zum auszahlen habe jetzt 3 mal eine Auszahlung angefordert und jedes Mal wird diese nach einem Tag abgelehnt. Die Begründung ist beim ersten Mal gewesen, dass sie noch eine Verifizierung von meiner letzten Einzahlung brauchen. Beim zweiten Mal musste ich die vorletzte Einzahlung nachweisen wieder mit png datei alles gemacht und trotzdem wieder abgelehnt aus genau dem selben Gründen. Ich kann langsam nicht mehr ich meine 500€ sind schon viel Geld umd dass man da so lange darauf warten muss schon komisch was soll ich machen das ganze geht jetzt seit 1 Woche???

Hi, I've had so many problems too. What VIP level are you at? If you're at level 0, you can only withdraw €600 a day. If you're at level 1 or 2, you can withdraw €700 a day. A tip: withdraw €600 and then the €400 after those €600 have arrived. I also had two withdrawals at once, but they immediately rejected it.

Hi, ich hatte auch so viel Probleme. Welche stufe bist du denn bei vip? Falls du 0 bist, dann kannst du nur 600 Euro am Tag abheben, bei stufe 1 oder 2 kannst du 700 Euro am Tag abheben. Als tipp, lass dir 600 Euro auszahlen und dann die 400 Euro nachdem diese 600 bei dir ankamen. Ich hatte auch 2 Auszahlungen auf einmal, das haben die sofort abgelehnt.

I know it's so bad there, but be patient. I got my full money too. You really have to be patient. Every withdrawal took a week for me. And the proof of the deposit has to be there; the amount, IBAN, and name have to be clearly visible. Ask the chat there; they'll tell you and actually give you an example image.

Ich weiß das ist so schlimm dort, aber hab geduld, ich hab mein volles geld auch bekommen, musst echt geduld haben. Jede auszahlung hat bei mir 1 Woche gedauert. Und das mit dem nachweisen von der Einzahlung, da muss betrag, iban, name darauf ersichtlich sein. Frag den chat dort, die sagen es dir und geben dir eigentlich ein beispielbild.
