When I say that they've helped me before, it was in another situation.

Even if they can't resolve every situation, it's good that there's someone who can help us resolve these situations with the casinos.

When these situations happen it's very frustrating to talk directly to the casinos, often, in my opinion, they hide in regulations that are not very fair to the players. Thank you

consigam resolver todas as situações, já é de louvar que haja alguém que nos possa ajudar a resolver estas situações com os casinos.

Quando estas situações acontecem é muito frustrante falar diretamente com os casinos, muitas vezes, na minha opinião, escondem-se em regulamentos pouco justos para os jogadores. Obrigado
