So, I uploaded my documents for verification today, but the program isn't accepting my bank statement as a PDF file, which contains my IBAN, name, address, and other information. I'll just have to wait and see if it's accepted or if I need to submit anything else.

Ja aber es ist ja schon eine weile her. Es hat fast 1 Monat gedauert. Hatte mich über ein Affiliate Link angemeldet , und derjenige der mit dem Casino geworben hat, hat zusätzlich Druck gemacht.

In any case, did the casino say why it didn't accept your document? Was the bank statement the only one that wasn't accepted, and were the others approved? 

So, the casino mr.bet recently requested proof of address, to which I sent them a current electricity bill (advance payment bill).

When asked why they don't accept it, they always give standard answers they've saved. They don't explain specifically why the electricity bill is accepted as proof of address, even though they themselves state that an electricity bill is accepted.

It's quite obvious they're just stalling. I've deposited a considerable amount of money, and now they're refusing to pay out. I submitted the withdrawal request over a week ago, and they're still stalling.

Can you help me?

Auf Nachfrage wieso die das nicht akzeptieren, kommen Sie immer mit Standard Antworten die sie abhespeichert haben. Antworten aber nicht konkret wieso die Stromrechnung als Adressnachweis akzeptiert wird, obwohl Sie selbst angeben das eine Stromrechnung akzeptiert wird.

es ist klar ersichtlich das Sie nur Zeit schinden. Ich habe einiges an Geld eingezahlt und jetzt weigern die sich zu zahlen. Ich habe den Auszahlungsantrag mittlerweile seit über 1 Woche gestellt und die halten mich immernoch hin.

It's simply an invoice from the electricity provider showing the monthly payments for the coming months. The document, which isn't even a month old, contains all the information they need. It's clearly a stalling tactic.

Ich hab gestern den ganzen Tag die selbe Standardantwort bekommen, dass das Dokument nicht akzeptiert wurde.. dabei ist es eine Rechnung vom Stromanbieter in der die Abschläge für die kommenden Monate dargestellt werden. In dem Dokument was noch nicht mal 1 Monat alt ist, werden alle Informationen die sie benötigen dargestellt. Also es ist eine Hinhalte Taktik.

Once you have done that on our website, I would wait for the matter to be resolved. Then I would look for other options. It probably doesn't make much sense to have five complaints open in different places. So try to be patient, even though I know it's difficult. We'll see how the case turns out here.
