So far everything has gone smoothly; I requested a withdrawal of €1000 yesterday. The support team has been very friendly almost every time and patiently explained where to find everything in the menu, including screenshots.
I've also won on pretty much every slot machine – although I don't think that actually has anything to do with the casino itself; I'm starting to think it's more a case of luck. All in all, it's great when the payout comes!

Auch hab ich so ziemlich bei jedem Slot gewonnen- wobei ich nicht glaube dass das tatsächlich mit dem Casino was zu tun hat, ich glaub mittlerweile eher an Resonanz diesbezüglich. Alles in alledem sehr gut wenn die Auszahlung kommt!

I won a lot with my first deposit (I deposited €37 and quickly reached €1400). Once the bonus conditions were met, the amount dwindled to €500, which made me incredibly angry. But I tried to brush it off and managed to get back up to €900, from which another €170 was deducted because the maximum bonus amount was €370, not €500.
But if you had read what you signed beforehand, this wouldn't have happened 😁

The most important thing for me is whether there's a payout when I want it, and that was definitely the case 👍

Ich habe mit der ersten Einzahlung direkt viel gewonnen (37 eingezahlt und bald auf 1400 gewesen) als die bonusbedingungen umgesetzt waren schmolz der Betrag dann auf 500 was mich Mega wütend gemacht hat. Aber ich hab’s versucht wegzustecken und bin nochmal hoch auf 900 gekommen, von denen wurden mir nochmal 170 Euro abgezogen weil der maximale Bonus Betrag 370 gewesen wäre und nicht 500.
aber wenn man vorher gelesen hätte was man unterschrieben hat wäre das auch nicht passiert 😁

Das wichtigste ist für mich ob es Auszahlung gibt wenn ich es will und das wurde definitiv erfüllt 👍

At first I was a bit skeptical about this brand new casino, but the verification was done in a minute (just an ID check) and then both withdrawals were actually confirmed immediately after a short time (maybe 3-4 hours), which I really appreciate, as otherwise the temptation is strong to cancel the next day and keep playing. Like with those "rabbidi" casinos, or whatever they're called, that all have the same page layout and a daily withdrawal limit of €500, which they then mark as "processing" for weeks. To this day, I've never managed to get any money from one of those places because the waiting time was just too long 🙄

The only thing that really bothered me was that the search function seems to be buggy, and many games simply can't be found. Even though it shows, for example, 43 games found, you only see 18 thumbnails. But I didn't look into it further or contact support.

Erst war ich etwas skeptisch bezüglich ganz neuem Casino, aber die Verifizierung war in einer Minute erledigt (nur Ausweiskontrolle) und dann tatsächlich auch direkt beide Auszahlungen nach kurzer Zeit bestätigt (3-4h vielleicht) was ich schon sehr schätze, da sonst die Versuchung groß ist am nächsten Tag zu stornieren und weiter zu spielen. So wie bei den rabbidi Casinos oder wie sie heißen die alle das selbe seitenformat haben und ein tägliches Auszahlungslimit von 500 Euro die sie dann wochenlang als „in Bearbeitung" betiteln. Ich hab bis heute noch nie geschafft von so einem Laden Geld zu bekommen weil die Wartezeit einfach zu lang war 🙄
Deswegen schätze Ich schnelle Bearbeitung 😊👍
Das einzige was mich tatsächlich etwas gestört hat dass die Suchfunktion buggt irgendwie und viele Spiele einfach nicht zu finden sind obwohl angezeigt wird zb. 43 gefunden sieht man nur 18 thumbnails von Spielen. Hab mich aber nicht länger befasst oder dem Support gefragt.
